Description
The PF192 Roller Peel Fixture is designed for peel adhesion testing in accordance with DIN EN 1372 and ISO 22631. It provides controlled roller support and an adjustable peel angle for evaluating the adhesion strength of bonded flexible materials, including flooring, wall coverings, and adhesive-backed substrates. Rollers are available with 20 mm or 25 mm diameters.
The adjustable-angle design accommodates different test configurations, while the roller assembly allows the specimen to move smoothly during testing. The fixture mounts to a universal testing machine and provides a repeatable method for measuring peel force.
This fixture is designed to mount on a standard 5/8" eye end. This connection type is commonly used on Lloyd Instruments, Chatillon, and Mark-10 equipment. We also sell these brands of test stands, load cells, and force gauges to use with our grips and fixtures. Adapters are available to accommodate other connection types and sizes.
